Please complete the form below - if someone else has also requested flowers for the date you select, we will contact you and you can either share their Sunday or select another. We will update the flower chart in the Parish Hall weekly!
Our goal is to make this blessing to the church affordable for all to participate, so whatever you can give is greatly appreciated. We are decreasing the suggested donation amount to $50, and we will supplement arrangements with our lovely silk flowers. If you would prefer that all fresh flowers are used, please indicate that below by checking “Fresh Flowers Only” and we request that you increase your donation to $100 to cover the cost.
