The Rev William Anderson Fisher

The Rev William Anderson Fisher has been ordained for 20 years. He received his BA in Anthropology from Brown University in 1994 and his M. Div from the General Theological Seminary in New York City in 2004. He has served in several congregations in the Dioceses of New York, San Diego, and Colorado (St. Peter’s in the valley, Basalt) before becoming the Rector of the historic Christ Church in Redding, CT.

A former competitive rower, Will enjoys competing in triathalons, ultrarunning and ski mountaineering racing. He also enjoys cooking, hiking, travel, food and mountain climbing. In 2018, he finished the Run Rabbit Run 100 in Steamboat.

His family includes his wife Leana, an attorney, and daughter Charlotte, who attends Tulane University. The Fishers are also the humans to Bailee and Schultzy, two miniature schnauzers.
